Our Humble Beginnings

Central Home Supply was founded in 1974 by John and Ann Santee. They moved to the present location, over 5 centrally-located acres at the corner of Highways One and Nine (River Street) in Santa Cruz in 1977. The company is still family owned and operated by brothers Rick and Rusty Santee.

I needed some TechoBloc pavers that I was really struggling to get.

A simple call to Central Home Supply got me in contact with Greg who got me a quote right away. And then Reed picked it up from there and worked with me to get a PO for the right stones (Blu 60's not Blu 80's) He was upfront about the delivery timing (~1 month) Reed was super communicative and provided me updates as I requested it. Even better, when the original delivery date was set to a Tuesday, Reed got it moved up 4 days, to the Friday before!

Love you guys! I wish I needed paver stones more often so I can give you more of my business! Hmm...I DO have a driveway...

Kevin who delivered four loads of material for our yard was absolutely amazing. We have a narrow, winding road into our property that includes a 20 ton max. small bridge that needs to be crossed.

Not only did Kevin juggle the load by unloading heavy equipment from his truck on each delivery before crossing the bridge, he actually came out the day before (on his own time) and checked out the area.
